To maintain a disciplined and educational environment, we have established certain terms and conditions that must be adhered to by students and their parents.

Admission Policy

• • Prince Eduhub has an internal policy for accepting student admissions and reserves the right to reject any applications.
• • All required admission documents must be verified and valid.
• • During the session, admission of any student may be terminated in the case of disciplinary action.

Fee Structure & Refund Policy

• • There is a specified period for depositing all instalments of fees, and it is mandatory to make the payments accordingly. Otherwise, late charges will be levied.
• • In the case of admission withdrawal, the refund will be provided following our refund policies.
• • Prince Eduhub has its internal rules to give scholarships to students.
• •All types of scholarship will be for tuition fees only. The hostel fee is not included in any scholarship.

Discipline and Conduct Policy

• • Students must maintain discipline within the institute. Any kind of improper behaviour, assault, abusive language, damage to property, harassment of other students, etc., will not be tolerated.
• • In the case of a discipline violation, actions such as a warning, suspension, or expulsion may be taken.
• • The student has to follow the uniform, I-card and dress code prescribed by the institute.

Campus and Hostel Rules

• • Hostels in Prince Eduhub have a set of rules that must be followed by each hostler, including those for hostel residents, playgrounds, and the mess.
• • The use of mobile phones and any other electronic gadgets is strictly prohibited on the campus for both day scholars and hostelers.
• • Any kind of indiscipline or improper behaviour can lead to expulsion from the hostel.

Use of property

• • The institute's property, such as books, furniture, smart class resources, etc., should be used appropriately.
• • In case of any damage, compensation can be taken from the student or guardian.

Conditions for Expulsion/Rustication

A student's admission may be terminated in the following circumstances:

• • Persistent indiscipline
• •Attendance below the minimum level
• •Repeated non-payment of fees
• •Acts that bring disrepute to the image of the Institute

Rules For Day Scholar Students

• •Students who are travelling to school via school buses must follow the discipline and remain seated, avoiding areas near the doors.
• •Students who hold a license are permitted to drive their own vehicles, provided they adhere to all safety precautions.
